Hey Ken,

Thanks so much for the kind words. I think your idea sounds great, the city can always benefit from more public art.
Take care,
Todd

Dear Todd, I like to draw pictures and eventually interpret them to paint. Sometimes I will write about my former life in the Bronx. Mainly though, I am a non-participant whose fleeting moments of ambition are pushed aside by thoughts of futility. Nevertheless I was tickled to see Jen Graves facebook posting about the gift that was left on SAM'S doorstep. I googled your name which led me to Gallery 40(another fine idea).
I wanted to tell you about something I've been thinking of doing but will probably never get around to due to those pesky futile inclinations of mine. I own a little motorhome that has a 6x12 awning attached to the side. I also have one of those pop-up three sided(removable) canopies. It was my thought that I'd rent a couple of parking spaces for the First Thursday Artwalk, possibly next door to the 619 building, and put on a monthly showing of my work.
Now, learning of your creative approach has piqued my interest. I live in the northend. This is where my little studio as well as the motorhome are located. Let me know if this little note has resonated.

Hi Gallery 206. Looks like a cool idea. I run 323 Projects, a telephone based gallery. It's kinda like your space, but unencumbered by a physical location. Simply dial (323) 843-4652 to access audio art all the time every day of the week.

More info at 323projects.com

I'm sorry for my slow response! Gallery (206) is bursting at the seams so I can't anymore artists work for the installation but please stay in touch because I will be working on something new for next spring! Thanks for your interest.
